Returns for Online Purchases

We want our customers to have a happy shopping experience with us but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) at your own cost within 7 days of receipt with our security tag undamaged and attached to the item.  If it appears that the tag has been tampered with, we reserve the right to not accept the return on the grounds that the item has been used.

If you are unhappy with an item, or consider it faulty, please return as soon as possible.  7 days return is maximum

If the above criteria is met we are happy to do the following:

​

• exchange your item

• issue a credit note

• issue a refund minus our P&P

​

We do not accept returns from purchases made in the shop
